Great to see this series resume, and now it’s so exquisitely framed, what with the magnificent graphic rehaul of this site.
I haven’t seen this particular film, but appreciate the attention to Mexico City, and particular to cinematographer Manuel Figueroa, who lensed over 200 movies, and was taught by Greg Toland. His work on Bunuel’s LOS OLVIDADOS is unforgettable, and his is also the DP on MACARIO and NAZARIN.
